CWA Local 1040 Gathers Bags of Joy

Great work this month by CWA Local 1040 who led a “Bags of Joy” donation drive to support foster children and teenagers in their community. CWA members and retirees donated commonly needed items for youth in foster care like toys, books, school supplies, journals, and electronics, as well as bags to pack items in. Local 1040’s Community Services and Civic Duties Committee carefully packed each bag, which will benefit Crossroads Programs supporting New Jersey’s youth.
