AT&T Mobility Orange Contract 2017 Bargaining: Report 40

Since giving the 72 hour notice to terminate the contract, the Union has had extensive meetings with the Company. We remain extremely far apart at this time, but we will continue to bargain as long as we believe progress is being made. The President of CWA can call a strike anytime after the contract expires tomorrow morning, but as of now bargaining is set to resume tomorrow.

We need the membership to remain mobilized and unified, so the Company knows we will strike whenever necessary. AT&T is an extremely wealthy and profitable corporation and our demands at the table are fair and just. The Company could easily do the right thing by you AND remain highly profitable. You built this Company, you drive the profits and you must share in the success! Please stay in touch with your Local and the Unity at AT&T Mobility Facebook page for updates! Text the word Mobility to 69866 for text updates. When we fight, we win!
