AT&T Mobility Orange Contract 2017 Bargaining: Report 4

The Company and Union met today over several issues. The company made a benefits proposal that is extensive and at first glance is riddled with givebacks. The bargaining team asked many clarifying questions and requested additional information connected with the proposal.

The bargaining committee discussed scheduling issues with the company and made it clear that our members need more flexibility and must be allowed to take their bargained for time when it works for them not the company. The company loves to use the term flexibility and we agree, our members need more flexibility. The Union passed our proposals on Vacations, EWP and Exchange time.

The Bargaining Team is strong and resolute, and we see the membership standing strong and supporting us. Mobilization is one of the most important ways we can show the company we are United and ready to fight for a fair contract. If you are not willing to take givebacks from this Company, Now is the time to STAND UP and GET INVOLED to send that message to AT&T!

Stay strong Sisters and Brothers!!
