Action Alert: Sign the Petition to Support TCGplayer Workers

In late January, a supermajority of workers at TCGPlayer’s authentication center in New York announced that they are forming the TCG Union/CWA and have filed for a union representation election with the National Labor Relations Board to vote on joining CWA Local 1123.

TCGPlayer, acquired by eBay late last year, is the number one online marketplace for collectible trading cards and was acquired by eBay in November 2022. The nearly 300-worker unit seeking to join CWA includes a variety of job titles, all proudly standing together to fight for their union rights and dignity and respect on the job - but already they’re facing tough opposition from management.
