The Save Massachusetts Call Center Jobs Act of 2021 (Feeney S.2056) would save good-paying jobs in our communities and protect consumers’ data and privacy by ending tax breaks to corporations that send call center jobs overseas.

State taxpayer funds should not act as a backdoor subsidy for companies to outsource customer service jobs overseas. Grants, loans, tax benefits, contracts and other financial assistance should be withheld from companies that shift jobs overseas.
