Join Us on Wednesday, September 15th In Washington, DC Calling For The Immediate Passage of The Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act

Next week on Wednesday, September 15 there will be a 9/11 press conference and lobby day in Washington D.C. to urge support and passage of the 9/11 Health and Compensation Act. Reps. Maloney and Nadler have announced that the House Democratic leadership intends to bring up the 9/11 health bill for a vote in the House the second week the House returns (week of September 20). The plan is to bring the bill up under regular order which only requires a majority vote.

We want there to be a strong presence at the Capitol that day to build support for the bill. There are free buses leaving from NYC and other areas on a first-come-first-serve basis.
