CWA Local 1033 in Trenton NJ, conducted a 2-day New Shop Steward Training workshop on the roles of a steward, legal rights, and strategies to empower members, counter anti-union agendas, investigate and resolve grievances, organize their workplaces and mobilize union power effectively.
