AT&T Mobility Orange Contract 2017 Bargaining: Report 48

The Union has spent this week reviewing data received from AT&T as well as all the information we have received from members highlighting the ongoing issues of wrongdoing by management. AT&T continues to get caught trying to make illegal changes to policies, scheduling illegal mandatory meetings and instructing managers to intimidate employees. The Union, with the help and support of the membership, are catching these improper activities and responding with grievances, mobilization and board charges.

The Company canceled the meetings we had scheduled this week and appears to have focused their time on making changes in their upper management structure.

We know the slow nature of this round of bargaining is frustrating to some members, but we will not rush this contract. We will bargain as long as it takes to get a fair and equitable contract regardless of the stall tactics and attempted intimidation by the Company. Stay strong, stay mobilized and stay angry. Keep in touch with your Local for mobilization activities. When we fight, we WIN!

Stay strong Brothers and Sisters!!
