AT&T Mobility Orange Contract 2017 Bargaining: Report 38

For the first time in a while, bargaining had some positive dialogue. The Call Centers are a high stress work environment, and we will do whatever it takes to make improvements. We met in a sub-committee to address call center issues including call flow, monitoring and schedules. There were also more general discussions for all groups about title upgrades, commissions, transfers, absence and sick time. While we remain far apart, we are optimistic about today’s meetings.

The Bargaining Team is sure the positive changes are a result of the mobilization activities of the membership. The Company hears you loud and clear, and they know we are more unified than ever before. Keep up the fight and together we will win!

Stay strong Brothers and Sisters!!
