AT&T Mobility Orange Contract 2017 Bargaining: Report 34

The Bargaining team continues to demand a fair contract at the bargaining table, but the Company’s actions are far louder than their words. With the launch of the new Samsung Galaxy S8, the Company steers customers to online pre-orders and offers some of the COR employees meager commission payments that end up on a MY-REWARDS card which is not the same as a cash payment. This is similar to what the Company did with Direct TV and other popular products and a perfect example of why we need to negotiate a simple, fair and equitable commission plan and wage structure in retail. We did get an agreement on prescription safety glasses for supply side/warehouse workers which is a positive gain, however we remain far apart.

We can’t stress enough how much the continued mobilization and unity is helping the Bargaining team at the table. Keep up the fight and together we will win!
