AT&T Mobility Orange Contract 2017 Bargaining: Report 15

The Union and company remain very far apart on all issues important to our members. The Bargaining Team is not here to settle, we are here to fight and we feel energized by all the mobilization we see across the Orange Contract footprint. AT&T is greedy and their proposals are unfair and appalling.

We met with the company today and signed a temporary contract extension, so all the provisions of the contract remain intact while we continue to bargain.

While this is the best scenario for our members at this time, this extension still allows the Union to call a strike by giving 72 hours’ notice to the Company of a cancellation of the extension. We stress to you that we hear your concerns and we will bargain as long as it takes to get a fair contract! AT&T needs to remain on notice that the membership is mobilized, unified and pissed off! You deserve better and we are here to make sure you get it!

Stay strong Sisters and Brothers!!
