Election Day 2025
It is more important than ever for our members to make your voice count in the 2025 elections. In New York, there are many ways to vote. You can VOTE BY MAIL, VOTE EARLY, or VOTE ON ELECTION DAY.
VOTE BY MAIL - All New Yorkers can now request to vote by mail. You do NOT need a reason and can request a ballot online. Request a mail-in ballot before October 25th by visiting www.elections.ny.gov/request-ballot. Mail in ballots must be postmarked no later than November 4th and received by the Board of Elections no later than November 12th. You can also bring your mail-in ballot to your early voting location during the early voting period, or deliver it in person to the Board of Elections.
VOTE EARLY - Early voting in the 2025 elections takes place between Saturday, October 25th and Sunday, November 2nd. Visit voterlookup.elections.ny.gov to find your Early Voting polling site and hours.
VOTE ON ELECTION DAY - Election Day is Tuesday, November 4th. Polls are open from 6AM - 9PM. To find your polling place, check the card you received in the mail, or visit voterlookup.elections.ny.gov, enter your information, and follow the instructions given.
WNY CWA COUNCIL ENDORSEMENTS - The WNY CWA Council endorses candidates only after they have completed our questionnaire and have been interviewed by our Political & Legislative Committee. Please consider voting for our endorsed candidates on Election Day, and please vote on the Working Families Party line on row D.
