Ballots were sent out on December 29, 2020 for the upcoming Runoff Election. IN ORDER TO BE COUNTED, BALLOTS MUST BE MAILED IN TIME TO REACH THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (“AAA”) NO LATER THAN 9:00 AM ON FRIDAY, JANUARY 15, 2021. BALLOTS WILL BE TABULATED AT 10:00 AM ON FRIDAY, JANUARY 15, 2021, AT AAA’s OFFICE. If you do not receive your ballot by January 4, 2021 please call the Duplicate Hotline 1-800-529-5218 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

INSTRUCTIONS TO VOTE

1. Mark the ballot in the box which expresses your choice. Do not place your name, initials or any other identifying information on the ballot. Ballots containing any identifying information will be voided.
2. Place your ballot in the small envelope labeled SECRET BALLOT on the front, and seal the envelope. Insert the sealed SECRET BALLOT envelope inside the Business Reply envelope pre-addressed to the American Arbitration Association and seal it.
3. Your name and address have been affixed to the business reply envelope addressed to the American Arbitration Association. DO NOT REMOVE OR DAMAGE YOUR LABEL ON THE ENVELOPE (The American Arbitration Association will use this information solely for verifying eligibility. The secrecy of your vote will be protected because the SECRET BALLOT envelope will be separated from the business reply envelope, then mixed with other SECRET BALLOT envelopes before they are opened and counted.) ENVELOPES RECEIVED WITHOUT THE VOTER LABEL OR CONTAINING DAMAGED CONTROL NUMBERS WILL BE VOIDED. 
4. Mail the Business Reply envelope as soon as possible. No postage is necessary if mailed in the United States. IN ORDER TO BE COUNTED, BALLOTS MUST BE MAILED IN TIME TO REACH THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (“AAA”) NO LATER THAN 9:00 AM ON FRIDAY, JANUARY 15, 2021.
