Notice to the Members - Local 1181 Ratification Rules

The mailing of voting instructions and Personal Identification Numbers ("PINs") shall take place on Thursday, November 21, 2019. The telephonic ballot polling will begin on Friday, November 22, 2019, at 9:00 AM and conclude on Monday, December 9, 2019, at 1:00 PM. Results will be downloaded after the closing of the polls and provided to Local 1181. A.A.A. will guarantee the security of the voting.

Voters that do not receive their PIn and voting instructions will be directed to call our Duplicate Hotline 1-800-529-5218 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This number is to be utilized only for PIN requests. Members may also make requests by e-mailing requests to Petra Ulerio at UlerioP@adr.org.
