Term of Agreement
6/6/17 - 11/10/2021
Wage Increases
- June 6, 2017 2.00%
- June 6, 2018 2.25% compounded
- July 6, 2019 3.00 % compounded
- January 6, 2021 1.63% compounded
All wage increases are retro back to the date of the increase.
The general wage increases shall be payable as soon as practicable upon ratification of this tentative agreement.
Annuity
Effective April 6, 2019 there shall be an annuity contribution of $261 per year.
Promotions
The parties agree to the formation of a joint labor-management committee consisting of the New York City Police Department, two (2) Representatives of CWA , Local 1181 and a Staff Representative of the CWA'sInternational Union. The intent will be to improve communications, problem solve, and openly discuss issues of concern to both parties regarding upgrades.
Paid Family Leave
The parties agree to work together to "opt-in" to the New York State Paid Family Leave program as soon as practicable following the ratification of this agreement.

Ratification Reminder 2024 Voting will end on Monday April 29, 2024, at 5:00pm
CWA Local 1181 members will be receiving the signing bonus & retro monies on June 21, 2024
