AT&T Mobility Orange Contract 2017 Bargaining: Report 23

The Union and Company resumed bargaining today and again the dialogue was productive. While we must stress that we remain extremely far apart, the last couple days have been encouraging. The Union continued to outline several job titles which have had responsibilities increased and deserve upgrades in title and pay.
The Company passed a Benefits proposal which was a small improvement but something we can build on. They also passed a counter on safety which is an improvement to the current contract language but still needs some work.
There is still a very long way to go but, with the continued support of a mobilized and unified membership, we will get what we deserve!!
Stay strong Sisters and Brothers!!
