AT&T Mobility Orange Contract 2017 Bargaining: Report 10

The Bargaining Team met with the company today and received a demonstration of the call monitoring system used in our call centers. As usual, the demonstration created more questions than it answered. The amount of monitoring our call center members are subjected to creates a high stress environment and we are working on language to improve the working conditions at the call centers.
We also made it very clear to the company that we had no interest in their greedy and offensive benefits proposal or taking away pensions for new hires. We remain focused on all the issues important to our members, and bargaining will resume tomorrow.
