Financial Assistance for Essential Workers

New York State has started a program giving financial assistance up to $1,000 per household to assist essential workers and first responders with out-of-pocket expenses incurred as a result of being required to work during the pandemic.
The program was designed to reimburse out of pocket childcare, transportation and other expenses that enable workers to perform their duties. Eligibility guidelines apply. There is a limited amount of funds so apply early. Click here for more information.
